Student Conduct & Grievances
The school welcomes constructive feedback on all aspects of the course experience. A student may complain to any teacher or administrator. It is their responsibility to relay it to the Student Services Director or School Director. The school is given a complaint form to submit the complaint in writing . Within 10 days the school director and student services director meet with the student to resolve the issue. If the complaint or request is rejected, the reasons will be stated.
